Operation Back to School in Haiti

Equipping children in need for a successful school year.

Each year, the Community Church Kids Camp in Kinnelon, New Jersey, sponsors Operation Back to School in Haiti, a meaningful outreach project that equips children for a successful school year. One hundred percent of every camp enrollment fee is used to purchase essential school supplies, including notebooks, pencils, erasers, rulers, snacks, and encouraging Scripture cards.

Working together with their counselors, the campers pack these items into backpacks for students in need. This year, they will prepare 1,200 backpacks. Cheerful Heart Mission will then distribute them directly to some of Haiti's most vulnerable and deserving students.

Every backpack of supplies helps a child in need start the school year ready to learn. If you'd like to be part of it, we'd welcome the conversation.
